Quartzteq has developed a range of sensors to acquire Partial Discharge (PD) from motor or generator windings. Options are available for use in both Safe Area and Ex environments, also for machines where surge capacitors are fitted and at various voltages up to 34kV.
QCC12 (up to 12kV)

The QRC40 Rogowski Coil is designed to acquire high frequency current pulses generated by PD and is an ideal sensor for installation around high voltage power cables and bushings that are less than 40mm in diameter.
