Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a JIB Approved Electrician / NICEIC Qualified Supervisor to join our Electrical Contracting division within the Aberdeen Business Unit. This role is vital in delivering high-quality electrical services, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting project delivery across Scotland and the wider UK.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability

• Working independently from drawings and scopes of work
• Completing electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, and testing
• Ensuring compliance with BS7671 regulations
• Certifying electrical works and supporting NICEIC compliance (if applicable)
• Mentoring and supporting apprentices as part of a small team
• Participating in on-call rota and overtime when required
• Supporting career development pathways towards project leadership

Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Time-served Approved Electrician within Electrical Installations
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
• C&G 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent qualification
• Strong working knowledge of BS 7671:2018 and Guidance Note 3
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work under own initiative and within a team
• Disclosure Scotland clearance (for public building works)
