The Opportunity
We are looking to recruit an experienced Heavy Duty Generator Sales Leader to drive growth across utility-scale generators and motors within industrial, thermal, and hydro power generation sectors. This is a senior commercial role with full ownership of opportunity development, technical solution definition, tendering, and contract negotiation. Working closely with Quartzelec’s engineering and field service teams, you will develop compliant, profitable solutions covering inspections, repairs, rewinds, uprates, retrofits, and excitation modernisation—supported by performance guarantees. You will also play a key role in generating new business for Quartzelec’s Rotating Machines and High Voltage Maintenance business units, while maintaining and expanding an established customer base.
